He has limited his practice for the past 23 years to the defense of Employers in Workers’ Compensation matters.
Danial is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and its Workers’ Compensation Section and the American Bar Association. He is also on the Workers’ Compensation Committees of both the Labor and Employment Law Section and the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
He is also a founding member of the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network (NWCDN) and has acted as the Chair of the Program Advisory Committee.

Alison’s practice is focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury. She has worked on all aspects of cases ranging from simple to complex, including trials, mediations, settlement negotiations, and appeals. Alison has worked with a range of business types and industries, from small businesses to large national corporations, and is experienced at navigating different levels of corporate structure.
In her time away from work, Alison’s greatest joy is time spent with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel and is an avid reader.

Heather concentrates her practice in the area of workers’ compensation. She is a diligent attorney, committed to providing the highest level of advocacy and representation for her clients. Heather practices with a comprehensive understanding of the law while balancing the necessary attentiveness to her clients’ specific needs. She has presented seminars to various groups and clients on recent state reforms and the practical impact of these changes in law.
Heather graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and minors in Art & Design and Journalism, and was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Fraternity. Heather received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Mr. Degan received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, the Eastern Federal District in Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
