CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS - Applications will be made for Texas CLE credit for attorneys, TDI continuing education credit for insurance adjusters, UT Arlington continuing education credit for safety professionals, SHRM credit for human resources professionals, and CRC, CDMS, and CCM credits for rehabilitation providers. Adjusters must provide insurance-related license number at the conference. Insurance adjusters must attend all sessions each day to receive credit for that day. No partial credit will be given. A certificate of attendance is provided for other professional disciplines. CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY - Cancellation without notice is subject to full forfeiture of registration fee. Cancellation with notice after May 8, 2018 (San Marcos) / June 13, 2018 (Irving) is subject to a $50 administrative fee. SPECIAL NEEDS - Individuals attending the conference who may need auxiliary aids or specialized services are requested to provide notice of their needs when registering so that appropriate arrangements can be made. (Arrangements should be requested no later than 20 days before the conference.) DRESS CODE - Casual clothing is appropriate for all events.
